<p><b>What are your current job responsibilities?</b>&nbsp;Ensuring daily work is scheduled in a manner to support safe operation of the plant and that minimizes nuclear/personal/radiological risk.&nbsp;<br>
</p>
<p><b>What do you love about your job?</b>&nbsp;I enjoy coordinating with plant departments to ensure we are scheduling work in a manner that efficiently uses their resources and allows for successful implementation of the work plan. I also enjoy encouraging and motivating others to improve our work management performance.<br>

<p><b>What is your favorite movie and why?</b>&nbsp;The last movie that had a significant impact on my thought life is Hidden Figures. Thinking about this movie makes me feel proud of who I am and my culture, motivates me to improve myself in some area on a daily basis, and it motivates me to encourage others to be the best they can be.<br>

<p><b>What interests you about nuclear energy?</b>&nbsp;Electricity can help people have a quality life. It is a clean source energy. I aIso like the training, the processes and the order that is required for the nuclear industry to be successful.<br>
