Debbie Mosley, senior administrative assistant, Engineering Systems, Birmingham

How long have you been with the company? 40 years

What are your current job responsibilities? Along with supporting my group with daily administrative duties, I like to think that I help make their jobs easier by being a team player.  If they ask, whatever the task, I will see that it gets done.

What do you love about your job? My co-workers and coming to work each day knowing how appreciated I am.

Hometown: Bluff Park on Shades Mountain (Hoover, AL)

First job (not your first job at SNC): I was a checker at A&P Grocery Store in Hoover.

Favorite food: Easy one – chocolate!

What is your favorite movie and why? Sleepless in Seattle. It’s romance with a beautiful soundtrack.

If given the chance, who would you want to be for a day? The largest ever jackpot lottery winner.

What are your hobbies? I go camping a lot, enjoy yard sales and flea markets, and am a ballroom dancer.

What interests you about nuclear energy? The interest I get from most people when I tell them I work for Southern Nuclear….the conversation never ends there.
